Xuan Wang
Provisional Psychologist
My name is Xuan. I provide a supportive environment where children, adolescents, and adults can explore their challenges and strengths. I offer therapy and psychological assessment in both English and Mandarin.
My approach is to work alongside you to clarify the challenges you're facing - whether related to life transitions, relationship conflicts, academic or occupational stress, burnout, or pre and postnatal mental health - and to develop practical, effective strategies to navigate them.
Guided by evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Interventions, our work will be focused on your goals. My commitment is to support you in building a more content, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
Jacob Barker
Provisional Psychologist
As a provisional psychologist, I am passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, and phobias. I believe therapy is a transformative opportunity for personal growth and deeper self-understanding.
My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and a genuine curiosity about each person’s story. I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor evidence-based techniques to their unique circumstances. By building a robust therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where clients feel empowered to integrate new skills into their daily lives.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me on the golf course, staying active, or spending time with friends and family.
